At The Grange Pool

Water Fitness!

Come join us at The Grange for this moderate cardio fitness class.
Emphasis is put on getting the heart rate up and focusing on upper,
mid and lower body. In this class improve strength, mobility, flexibility
and endurance with low impact to joints and back. This class is great
for all levels.

Classes Start: Wednesdays, June 2-July 28
Date and Time: Wednesdays 8:30 am-9:30 am
Age Requirement: 16+
Cost: $10 per class or $80 for the season (nine total classes, $10 savings)
Location: Grange Pool
