Meetup: Global Brand President at Smashbox, Beth DiNardo
Beth DiNardo, Global Brand President of Smashbox & GLAMGLOW cosmetics will join us for an informal meetup with students who are interested in the beauty and cosmetics industry, brand management, and marketing.
Ms. DiNardo started her career at Pepsi followed by Tambrands and Revlon. She joined the Estee Lauder Corporation in 1997 spending ten years at Clinique, followed by General Management roles at Rodan and Fields and Darphin. She joined Smashbox on July 1 2010, on day 1 of the acquisition into the ELC family.

Campus job: Career Ambassador
The Cohen Career Center is hiring 1-2 Ambassadors for the 2019-2020 school year. The job is about 4-6 hours per week and is a combination of peer education, public speaking, event planning, and promotions/marketing. Students must apply by April 15. See link for more details!
The Newton-Blanchard Endowment is meant to support undergraduate writers of both fiction and non-fiction. Submit a short story, article, or essay by April 15th for a chance to win $2,500!
The Arden Professional Apprentice Program’s philosophy is to provide a comprehensive knowledge of the inner workings of a nonprofit regional theatre. It is designed to foster future theatre leaders. The program provides apprentices with a comprehensive knowledge of the inner workings of a nonprofit regional theatre through work in EVERY aspect of operations including front of house, box office, marketing, development, artistic, education, production, stage management, finance, and general management. Apprentices work approximately 50 hours a week in ALL departments. This is not an acting program; this is not a directing program. This program is a full-time-plus commitment running from late August to mid June. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.The program offers a salary of $445 per week, health insurance, paid time off, complimentary tickets to Arden Theatre Company productions, understudy opportunities, and the opportunity to meet and network with members of the Philadelphia community.
