CSG Presents: “Books to Prisoners” Book Drive
Monday, May 8th - Friday, May 12th | Minion Boxes around campus
Books to Prisoners is a non-prot organization that gives prisoners across America
reading materials to promote higher education for incarcerated people. Donations
can include: Dictionaries (including Spanish - English), paperback fiction,
books in different languages, blank journals. Drop off your books in the Minions
collection boxes located around campus.
Cascadia Activities Board Presents: Rain Dove
Tuesday, May 9th 5pm - 6pm | ARC Overlook
Androgynous model, actor and activist Rain Dove will be speaking on the stuggles
she faces and strives to overcome through her activism.

Cascadia will offer a variety of events and resources during the month of May to raise awareness of mental health impacts us and share positive ways to manage the stress and anxiety in our lives. Cascadia Writing and Arts Club (formerly Dangerous Creatures)
Cascadia Writing and Arts Club is focused on self-expression through writing and the arts. We facilitate peer-review and collaboration of artistic work and writing. Speakers, events, workshops and field trips help to promote and teach effective personal expression and offer an outlet for artistic creativity.
