There are 30, YES 30 out of the 32 WORLD climates just in the 496,200 sq. mi. of Peru. If you planning to go to the coast, expect subtropical weather and little to no rainfall.
HISTORICAL SITES
If you are planning on visiting historical sites, go visit the massive mountain that is MACHU PICCHU, sitting at a height of 7,972 feet tall. Other places to visit are THE LOST CITY OF INCA, and THE SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS.

In Peru, they have presidents like america, but they rule over everything and they are in office for 5 years instead of 4.
LEISURE ACTIVITIES
In Peru there are many things you can do such as HORSE RIDING, HANG-GLIDING, SCUBA DIVING, and many more fun activities.
MONETARY SYSTEM
Peruvians use a currency called Nuevo Sol, meaning New Sun.
FOOD
The most popular known Peruvian food is called LOMO SALTADO, which is beef stir stir-fried with red onions, tomatoes, yellow peruvian chilies, soy sauce, vinegar, and cilantro.
HOLIDAYS
Some of the main holidays are INDEPENDENCE DAY which is on 07/28 and 07/29, GOOD FRIDAY which varies each year, and MAUNDY THURSDAY which also varies because it is the Thursday before Easter. Those two holidays are for religious reasons.
