On a daily basis I go to the courts with my friends and do containing tog eat my self prepared for basketball season. Every other day I workout using weights to workout my arms and chest muscles. For lunch I normally eat salads such as today. As far as water is concerned like today , I had 10 cups ( not all at once ). I like to be very fit and healthy. This is an everyday routine that I do.
