Mrs. Kristin Smith lives in Lyndhurst, Ohio with her husband Ryland and their two children Sadie age 10 and Ryland Jr. age 7. Kristin graduated with a BFA in Sculpture from the Cleveland Institute of Art and received her MA in Art Education from Case Western Reserve University. This is Mrs. Smith 7th year teaching at Lake and Ridge Elementary in Mentor Public Schools. She is also an adjunct professor of Art Education at the Cleveland Institute of Art. Over the last 15 years, Kristin has taught and volunteered in many unique institutions across Cleveland, including the Ursuline College Art Therapy Department, Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, Hope Academy East Elementary, St. Angela Merici School in Fairview Park, Richmond Heights Elementary, along with several schools in the Cleveland Municipal School District. In her spare time, Kristin enjoys creating artwork, swimming, gardening, exercising, and traveling. Most of all, she loves teaching and spending time with her family.
