The drug creates a sleepy, relaxed, and drunk feeling that lasts 2 to 8 hours. It could also cause blackouts, loss of memory, dizziness, lack of air, nausea, and sometimes unable to move or talk. The dangers of the drug are long term effects like the produce physical and psychological dependence. Also because Rohynol is called the date rape drug you can guess that it is used for just that, the person slips the drug into the takers glass and it dissolves almost immeadiately. Therefore making the drug highly dangerous.

Statistics

Rohypnol began in the 1970's in Europe and made it's way to the United States in the 1990's. When Rohypnol is taken it takes 15-20 minutes to have effects on the user.
