It's going to be fun - no matter the dress,

Just bring yourself, and we'll do the rest.

The Roaring 1920's

Saturday, Nov. 12th, 7-10pm

123 Saint Charles Avenue

New Orleans, LA

Dresscode: 1920's attire is encouraged

Women: flapper dresses, evening dresses, long pearl necklaces, fans, feather boas, headbands with feathers, long cigarette holders, beaded shawls, seamed stockings, cloche hats, bobed hair.

Men: zoot suits, black or white ties on a black shirt, spats (white canvas or vinyl shoe covers), fedoras or gangster hats.


7-7:30PM - Gathering

7:30-8:00PM - Dinner

8:00-8:30PM - Silent films will be shown, their discussion in English

8:30-9:00PM - Charleston dance with the Penticton School of Dance

9:00-9:30PM - Charleston contest

9:30-10:00PM - Closing speech and award ceremony

And a lot of jazz music!
