Why Is Freedom Important to the News?
Freedom is important to the news because when people get captured it's a big deal, so when they get freed shouldn't that be important too? It's not just about getting captured either, freedom is about people finding their haven, or people getting away from slavery. Freedom is the power to be active without restrain. People should be apart of it because if you know someone who's in captivity, you should be able to know whether or not they are okay, or even alive. Everyone should have the right to be free and everyone should know where people are free and where they are not so you know where not to go. I chose freedom because I like helping people free their fears or their insecurities, and I love hearing about people being helped too. If freedom wasn't apart of the news then I don't know how people would be hopeful for freedom of any kind. Overall, I chose freedom because I think anyone should be given a chance to be hopeful.
