What we are learning this week:
I can ask and respond to questions about texts read aloud.
I can follow agreed upon rules for discussion, including taking turns and listening.
I can plan a first draft by generating ideas through class discussion.
I can revise drafts by adding details or sentences.
I can use knowledge of letter-sound relationships to decode VC, CVC, CCVC, and CVCC words in and out of text.
Math -
I can give an example of a measurable attribute. (length, weight, capacity)
I can compare 2 objects with the same measurable attribute.
Social Studies- I can identify my community and where I live on a map.
Science -I can tell the difference b/w living and non-living things, ask questions about organisms, record and organize data. April 11th, the students will be creating a poster of living and nonliving things as their assessment. Please help them find and cut out pictures of 5 living and 5 nonliving things to use for their poster!
