From the desk of Dr. Ricks
Parents and Friends,
This week brings the 4th grade Medieval Feast and Middle School field trips. The 5th grade is practicing for their play, and overall, spirits are high as we work our way towards summer.
Please note that due to the inability to fire the students' pottery because of a faulty kiln, we have rescheduled our art show to Monday, May 14. We will send the updated information tomorrow so that you can make plans to attend the art show with your child and see the amazing things that Grace students are accomplishing with Ms. Ginny in our art space!
Warmly,
Dr. Ricks
Don't forget to turn in your contracts for the 18/19 school year.
Our faculty and staff have started to plan for the upcoming 18/19 school year and we are SUPER excited! By turning in your contracts, it helps the school to properly prepare. For additional information please contact Deidra Adair.
Here we GROW again!!!
#growwithgrace
Our Librarian, Mrs. Dee and her husband, Mr. Tommy built and donated garden boxes to help our students learn about planting and growing. We are excited to see what the Kindergarten classes planted and eat the "fruits" of their labor.
Thank you,
Tommy and Dee Cagle
Gracious Gators!
WOW...GES Gators! You helped raise $1,053 for the 5th Grade Pay-It-Forward Bake Sale!
THANK YOU!
We are still collecting shoes for our GES Shoe Drive!
We are still collecting shoes. Clean out your closets and donate your gently worn shoes to Grace. We will donate the pairs of shoes through Funds2Orgs to developing countries.
Here a few tips:
-Gently worn shoes
-We need shoes in all sizes from the whole family
-Rubber band each pair of shoes and put them in bags
-Put your child/children names on the bags
