Purpose of This Drink!
The purpose of this post work-out drink is to refuel the amount of macro-nutrients in your body, as well as help boost your protein and carbohydrate levels. This will be provided by the variety of different fruits and nutritious alternatives added to the drink. Therefore, it will assist your body to maintain a healthy structure, which will help keep you energized throughout the day.
Ingredients!
- 1/4 Cup of Water
- 1 Apple
1/2 Banana
10 Grapes
3 Strawberries
1/2 Apricot
1/4 Pomegranate
1/4 Cup of Oats
1/2 Cup of Greek Yogurt
Procedure!
2. Also, collect all the ingredients.
3. First, add the 1/4 cup of water into the blender.
4. Then, add two ingredients at a time and blend until all the ingredients are added.
5. Next, check to see if all the fruits have been thoroughly blended.
6. If not, then pick at the fruit with a spoon and blend one final time until desired texture.
7. After that, pour the blended drink into the glasses.
8. Finally, add any finishing touches of your choice such as straws and fruits as garnishes.
