Meeting the needs of gifted and advanced students requires insight about these unique learners. This summer's opportunities are designed to help prepare staff members to support and continually challenge students with exceptionally advanced educational needs.

Humanities
This year's summer opportunities for Humanities teachers include a variety of sessions around the Metroplex, some locally offered sessions on areas of need within GCISD, and a newly designed, self-paced book club option to help strengthen and deepen understandings about effective practices in ELA and SS. In addition, teachers can choose to participate in the "Humanities Virtual Conference" with modules related to all things GCISD Humanities. Happy learning!
