Country Facts
The population in Ireland is 5 million people. Some traditional clothes are the kilt and clothes made out of wool or cloth. Some traditional foods are vegie rolls, potato bread, and pulse. The most traditional music is rock music. One of their traditions is to put a candle in the window on Christmas.

The main reason that Irish came to america is because the crops were dyeing and also for religious reasons. They came in three groups of people. The first and second groups came in 1717. When the families travelled, the father always went first to make sure it was safe. Most immigrants from Ireland settled upper west for rich soil.
Arrival facts
Once they arrived they didn't have land or jobs. The Americans also hated the Irish. 1 billion people went to class because it was cheap. It is the worst class.
Interesting facts
Some famous people are St.Patrick, John, and Rictor Hebert. The harp is a national symbol of Ireland. The shamrock is another national symbol of Ireland. Ireland's spoken language is Irish. Rock is the most popular in Ireland.

Irish spice bread
Ingredients
*1 1/2 cup apple sauce
*1 cup sugar
*3/4 cup margarine
*2 cups flour
*1 tsp cinnamon
*1 tsp ground cloves
*1/2 tsp salt
*2 tsp baking soda
*2 tsp boiling water
Mix margarine, sugar, and applesauce in a bowl until creamy. Mix in baking soda and boiling water. Then add dry ingredients.
Pour into baking pan, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
