Monday Morning Memo
April 4th, 2016
Welcome Back!
We are approaching the last stretch of the year! Congratulations for making it to this point but do note it will be fast and furious from this point on. Next week will begin PARCC testing for the next month, the deluge of the night events, and school trips. Hold on to your hat, this is going to go quickly. You could either look at it two ways: you are holding on by a thread till the end or enjoying the ride till the school year is over. I prefer the latter. Remember attitude is everything!
Agenda for the week:
- Monday, April 4th, 2016: Monday Faculty Meeting at 3:00PM in the cafeteria.
- Wednesday, April 5th, 2016: New Teacher Meeting at 3:00 Ms. Law's room. (Remember these meetings are mandatory.)
- Friday, April 7th, 2016: Dress Down day to benefit the 8th Grade.
Looking ahead: PARCC testing next week for 8th Grade
Unified Expectations
Let's keep it up! We are approaching the portion of the year where this will matter most. The students will get a touch of Spring Fever (Heck, we may get it too) but maintaining our structure is important.
- Be out in the Halls!
- Address lateness to class!
- An anticipatory activity at the start of Class!
