President's Welcome - Dr. Davis welcomed everyone to the meeting.

Minutes - The following minutes were included in the agenda:
- The Board approved the minutes from the April 26, 2021 Legislative meeting.
- The Board affirmed the minutes from the April 2021 committee meetings.
Education Committee/Curriculum/Technology/Student Services Recommendations -
The Board reviewed and approved the following:
- May 2021 Enrollment Report
- Agreement with Upper Dublin High School and Arcadia University for dual enrollment
- Professional development and consultation proposal
- Confidential educational agreements
- Montgomery County Intermediate Unit Shared Services Agreement
- Contract with MindUP for K-5
Finance Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- May 2021 payments and monthly financial reports
- Budget transfers
- 2021-2022 Proposed Final Budget
- Property Tax Rebate Program for 2021-2022
- Two Settlement Stipulations
- Purchase of a cargo van for District Plumber
- Chromebook lease
- e-Rate Application Agreement with the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit
- IntegraOne VMware Software renewal
Personnel Report/Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Compensation Plans for the 2021-2022 school year
- Personnel Report inclusive of appointments, resignations, retirements, terminations, leaves of absence, changes of status, and extracurricular assignments
- Abolish position of Curriculum Supervisors
- Create positions of Supervisor of Humanities K-12 and Supervisor of STEM K-12
- Memorandum of Understanding with UDESPA for summer work hours

Solicitor's Report - Mr. Diasio reported that the Board met in Executive Session prior to the meeting, 6:00 PM to just before 7:00 PM, to discuss personnel matters, matters of school safety pursuant to Act 44, and a litigation matter.

Comments from the Board and/or Superintendent - The following topics were addressed:
- Dr. Yanni responded to comments regarding UDHS pool usage and policy 707.
- Mr. Sirota responded to comments regarding PA School Code and Board policy.
