GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
On Thursday, May 14 we held our final General Membership meeting for the 2019-20 school year. You can find a copy of the minutes and the presentation on our web site here:
We successfully held our meeting over Zoom!
RHS Co-Directors of Ensembles Mr. Moon and Mr. Long gave a summary of the school year and a glimpse of what’s ahead for the new year.
Boosters Co-Presidents Michael Dal Cerro and Greg Freeman gave the Boosters report. They shared highlights of the year, our opportunities, the status of our fundraising, and what is ahead for the new year (our financials and operating plan).
Membership approved the proposed budget for the new year ahead (from 7/1/2020 until 6/30/2021) as well as an amendment to the bylaws (changing term limits).
This is our biggest opportunity for the band. We are ramping for the new year ahead! It will be here before we know it. And we have a number of openings we need staffed up now. Even if you aren’t sure yet if/when you can help next year, please complete this quick online form so that we have your contact information and can learn your skills and interests. It takes less than five minutes!
