Together, we are The 1104

Note from the Principal:

Hello Palm Bay Families,

I am excited to say we are on our way to completing the 2020-2021 school year! It will be another year that has brought us challenges and changes to how we do things. We overcame the obstacles thrown our way and we have persevered! Our students have made significant growth this year and I am proud of each and every one of them.

There are many exciting changes coming in the next school year. I am honored to named the Principal of grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our middle school students will continue to use Eureka Math and Wit and Wisdom as their math and ELA curriculum as well as the Responsive Classroom approach for Social and Emotional learning.

State testing begins this week for our 3-5th grade students. If you have a child in one of these grades, please make sure they have a good night's sleep the night before testing. Encourage them to do their best and give their best effort. A letter went home a couple of weeks ago with the specifics of the test and the testing days.

Our classes for the 2021-22 school year is nearly full. We still have spots n our kindergarten and VPK classes for next year. The registration for VPK is below. If you have friends or family who are interested in their child attending Palm Bay next year for kindergarten, they can visit our website to being the registration process for our lottery.

Thank you so much for all of the support you have provided to your children and our staff this year. It takes each of us to make our students and school a success!

Class Spotlight

Our kindergarten classes wrapped up the Project Based Learning this week. They learned about farm animals and how they are important to us. The made presentations to our fifth grade classes on Tuesday. Each student read a report about the animal they chose. They did a fabulous job!

We still have spots available in our VPK Program for the 2021-22 school year
