What Caused it?
The virus tricked my cells into letting inside, not to long after that the virus started duplicating its DNA to all healthy cells.
Detection
Once the body recognized foreign antigens, it will start to produce antibodies which bind pathogens so that the microphage can "eat "them.

The main organs in the immune system are the bone marrow, thymus, spleen and lymph nodes. Also
Adenoids, T-Cells, B-Cells, Tonsils, and Macrophages.
