Classroom Happenings
Dear Parents/Guardians,
ISTEP
Students successfully made it through the last portion of ISTEP! The testing was long, but the kids did a fabulous job! I am so proud of all their hard work and determination! ISTEP make-up tests will be given to any student who was absent on a day of testing.
Harlem Wizards
Tonight the Harlem Wizards are coming to Valparaiso High School! The doors open at 5:30 PM, and the fun-filled basketball game begins at 6:30 PM. I hope you are able to come out and cheer on our Valpo staff! If you have not already purchased tickets, that is okay. Tickets will be available at the door for $12.
Field Trip:
The 4th grade classes will be going to the Porter County Fair Grounds on Tuesday, May 10th. We will be going to experience Agriculture Day where students will learn about farm animals and equipment. We will leave Central at approximately 9 AM and return at approximately 11:15 AM.

On Friday, we will have a short test on fact vs. opinion.
