Tips and Tricks You May Not Know About
New Microsoft FORMS Trick
Microsoft Forms now has pre-built assessments for you to use. Click the ellipses on the new quiz button in forms. This will launch Educational Resources. Search by topic, grade, or standard and find an assessment you might be able to use. Click Get and it will import the assessment into your Forms. You can then edit the form to fit your needs and then it is ready to give to students.
Screen Recording with iPhone Update
With the New ios 11 update you can now add Screen Recording to your Control Center (the menu you swipe up from the bottom of the phone) Go to Settings, go to Control Center, Customize Controls and click the plus sign next to Screen Recording. Now you can swipe up and open your control center menu and you should now have a circle icon at the bottom. That will allow you to record anything on your phone screen and it will save it to your camera roll.
Screen Clip with Snipping Tool
Snipping Tool is already installed on your school computer. Just go to programs and search for snipping tool. This will allow you to snip part of your screen and then use it in other documents. You can use this to clip test questions or other items to use for assessments and other classroom activities.
