All the supply chain manager does is coordinates the operating budget process for variable labor, establishes KPI targets, and directs capital investment planning for the business unit. He establishes and promotes a total quality system that effectively produces quality products in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established policies and procedures. He positions business unit to meet total facility goals and growth. He also ensures that department employees follow all local, state and federal health and safety rules and regulations including EPA and OSHA. He is responsible for the health and safety of all department employees.
The manager will need 3 years of production experience in manufacturing.
