  • Don't skip meals, this leads to overeating.
  • Eat a healthy snack before attending holiday parties.
  • Bring a healthy holiday dish to potlucks.
  • Drink antioxidant rich green tea for an afternoon pick me up, I love spiced chai green tea this time of year.
  • Start your day by reading a positive uplifting motivational quote, or daily devotion.
  • Take a fun family walk to see holiday light displays.
  • Practice meditating or deep breathing for five minutes each day to ease stress and quite your mind.
  • Get plenty of rest, so you can enjoy the season.
