  • Proceed in the Aspen parking lot at no more than 10 miles per hour.
  • Stay in the right hand lane, move all the way forward, and drop your student off from the right side of the vehicle.
  • Do not allow your child to walk unattended between cars.
  • Never leave your vehicle unattended in the drive-thru lanes.
  • Do not block intersections or driveways along Oberlin Avenue while waiting to enter the parking lot.

COVID-19 Resources for Families

To kick off Student Council this year, Aspen will be participating in Socktober. SOCKTOBER is an annual, month-long campaign designed to show people that ordinary acts of love can make a big difference. It can all start with socks. During the month of October we would like to collect new socks for the homeless. If you are interested in contributing new socks for men, women, children and babies, please bring them to Room 10 (Mrs. Birg) or drop them off in the office.

*You experience: 15 minutes of a photo session

*You receive: 5 high-res printable images of your choice plus an online viewing gallery for a chance to purchase more!

*You pay: $150

Box Tops

The Box Top Challenge has begun! When we reach $8,500, we will have a school wide popsicle party! If we reach $10,000, we will have a no homework day!

Thank you for continuing to play the Box Tops Game! We have earned over $7,800 in a very short time! The game is slowing itself down because the prizes need to last until November 30. We are winning less but we are still winning! You may get "Try Again" repeatedly but please continue to play 20 times per day. Please use the codes on the flyer. In addition to winning money for Aspen, you can win gift cards for yourself! One lucky Aspen parent won a $500 Walmart gift card and several more have won $25 gift cards! With every entry, you are also entered to win the grand prize of $10,000 for Aspen and $10,000 for yourself!

Screen Recycling

Thank you for all of the screens! We have earned 26,000 extra points! Please keep them coming. Earn 2,000 points per screen for the School Cents Program when you recycle any laptop, monitor, TV or tablet. The date for the recycling event has been postponed so we have some extra time to collect screens! Please drop off items in the box located outside the office and we will take care of everything else! Please email to arrange pick up of larger screens.

School Cents

Holiday gifts? Gift cards? Dinner from one of the restaurants on The Oaks Mall property? The School Cents Program is off to a great start! School Cents is a competition between Aspen and other local schools. Every time you shop or dine at The Oaks Mall from September 1 through April 30, we can earn up to $2,500 for Aspen! Right now they are running their best promotion of the year. Instead of 5 points for every dollar, we now get 50 points for every dollar spent until October 31! To help raise money for Aspen, please drop your Oaks receipts in the new School Cents Box in the office. Or you can visit and follow the instructions to submit your receipts. You can also email an image of your receipt to and we will submit it for you.

The holidays are quickly approaching! Please consider using Shutterfly for your holiday cards. Shop at and Aspen will receive 8% of all purchases!
