FOR MIDDLE OR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ONLY
The Window to Change Your Secondary Student’s Learning Option is Now Open
ONLY FOR MIDDLE OR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS!
The window to change your secondary student’s learning option for the 6th and final marking period of the year is now open.
Any middle or high school student wishing to move from remote learning to in-person or from in-person to remote learning for the 6th marking period should do so by Friday, April 16. Please visit www.springisd.org/change and fill out the form.
If your remote learner has been struggling academically or with attendance, we’d encourage you to consider in-person learning for the 6th marking period, which starts Monday, April 19.
We would like to encourage more of our remote learners to consider returning to in-person instruction, where they can benefit from interaction and collaboration with peers and teachers. Of course, the decision of whether to learn at home or in person on campus will be a family choice. Should you wish to change your student’s learning option for the final marking period, we ask that you indicate your new preference by Friday, April 16, by filling out the form at www.springisd.org/change.

Tuesday, April 13, 6:30 p.m. – Tasty: Parents and children will learn how to make healthy snacks and practice different skills, including counting, measuring and following directions.
Wednesday, April 14, 2 p.m. – Work together: This activity will involve teamwork and games and promote social interactions, including taking turns.
