Data Portal Updates:
Several schools have asked for the easiest way to access their all of their students’ math scores. Especially new students, like the 6th and 9th graders. The easiest way to do this at this time is to go to the Student Test History page and download in an Excel file and then sort by grade level, etc. All of the newest data is here. We hope this helps.
We have also received requests for functionality related to student emails. For now, what the data team has done is added a column in Student Reports, under Student Data, labeled Username. The student username followed by @cabarrus.k12.nc.us is the student’s email address. We hope this is useful as you work with students.
BlackBoard Connect:
Following the English version of Attendance calls, there will also be a Spanish version for our Spanish speaking students.
Math Bridges Intervention!
Each school will need to put together an implementation team (see form above.) This team will be responsible for attending all 5 of these sessions, along with an additional, out-of-building observation day in March or April. This team will also be responsible for creating and supporting the implementation plan within their building. Possible members of this team may include, MTSS Contacts, MCLs, Lead Interventionists, Administrators, and Classroom Teachers. If you have any questions, please contact Tiffany Nickel or Karen Hollar.
Upcoming TLT Information
Please use the same sub code for all three sessions and C&I will be providing funding for one additional person per session. All school treasurers received information about these sub codes via email from Kathleen Greene on 8/29/19.
