Athena
Goddess of wisdom
Origin:
Athena was born the daughter of Zeus. Zeus ate Metis, who was pregnant with Athena. Zeus soon got a huge headache and to cure him, Hephaestus split open his head with an axe. From the would sprang Athena, fully grown, and clothed in a suit of armor.
Role in the odyssey:
Helps Odysseus through multiple situations and aids him in battle.
