Report Cards

Report cards are due on Friday, May 27th. Let Lupe know when your report cards are ready to be printed. She will give them to you so that you may review and sign each progress report. We will send a report card to any non-graduating student.

Please remember the following details:

Gradebook Entry - Enter a date in the public comments within the gradebook. This is VERY important for our sending schools. Registrars use this date on the students' transcripts. If you have not been doing this, please go back and get it done.

Report Card Entry - Enter a work progress number for any incomplete course work (1 - 4). Please make sure that you enter the work progress number in the "Letter Grade" column. If you enter the work progress number in the credit column, it impacts the number of credits the student earns per course.

Report Card Entry - If your student has an incomplete course, you will need to change the credit value from a "1" to a "0" in the "Credit" column.

Report Card Entry - Enter a comment for each student.

New Staff Furniture

I have ordered new teacher desks for Room 4. Please box up all of your personal items and place them in the back office. This does include the files in your filing cabinets.

End of Year Fun

Please join Mr. Post for a Merit Learning Center Jeopardy game on Thursday during cluster time. Lunch will be provided.

Odds and Ends

As we end the school year, I would like each lab to do the following:

1, Please give any photos of students (Graduating Seniors and Star Students) to Kim. We will use these photos for a bulletin board.

2. Please organize your hanging folders by putting them in a crate. I would like you to organize them into three categories: graduate, withdraw (i.e. transferred or left), and potential returners. Once organized, please give your crate to Lupe.

3. Please finalize your committee plans for changes to the Student/Parent Orientation, Responsible Cell Phone Use, and Student/Parent Handbook.

4. See the Fun Committee to take a picture for a staff bulletin board.
