So, Imagine this… your day begins by waking up hearing birds chirping around you and smelling the sweet, crisp Georgia mountain air. You emerge from your room and make your way to the yoga hall. As you you stroll along the grass, grounded by the mountains around you, you occasionally hear the distant ring of wind chime. Your morning yoga class is fluid and gentle and further wakes you and your spirit. You leave class feeling calm and content, even a little bit happy.


We will enjoy a hearty breakfast prepared with love using fresh ingredients. Afterwards, we will make our way back to the Yoga hall for a lively discussion on topics that further enrich your life, allowing opportunities to break through personal and professional barriers.


The rest of the day will be open to fill as you wish; choosing to take on a hike, journal your dreams, or indulge in a spa treatment. Lunch will be held on the outdoor patio overlooking the mountains -either with new friends or with a great book.


Finally our evenings begin with a spectacular sunset surrounded by a symphony of tree frogs and other amphibians. Night time yoga classes consist of relaxed slow flow and restorative yoga postures, followed by a quiet meditation to welcome in the moon and stars.

Dana employs philosophy, including skills and lessons learned from over ten years of practicing yoga and from traveling to over 30 Countries. Registration Information

Our signature Relax ~ Rethink ~ Recharge weekend yoga retreat tuition includes 2 nights’ accommodations, 5 scrumptious meals, 4 yoga classes and 3 group seminars. However, all are activities are absolutely optional so you can fully retreat. Yoga classes are appropriate for all levels-beginners welcome.
