A Message from the Principal

This upcoming week, our Freshmen and Sophomores will begin to take a Pre-ACT assessment. The Pre-ACT will give these students a baseline of their college readiness. Every indicator of college and career readiness is an opportunity for our students to take a check, a pulse, of their progress. Being engaged on these assessments allows every individual to make the most of these measures.

Please encourage your student to do their best on the test!

With Saber Pride,

Mr. Vuolo

Senior pictures are due by December 1st and must be submitted to this link in order to be included in the yearbook. If your photographer is submitting your portrait, please make sure to share this info with them, as it is a relatively new process.

Senior baby ads will be created on the Josten's website by following these instructions and then clicking here. Ads will be 1/8 of a page and will be designed online by the person submitting the ad. Yearbook ads are to feature senior students only, and there is a limit of one ad per senior student. Each ad is $60 and the deadline is February 9th.

Please visit the yearbook website for more information or reach out to with questions.

Online Absence/Attendance Form

As a reminder, when reporting a student absent for any reason, please communicate this using the online absence/attendance form here. This is a NEW form this year so if you bookmarked or made a shortcut to the old form from last year, please update. If your child is out sick, the form will also collect information about the symptoms and sickness your child is experiencing so our nursing staff can respond with next steps. Thank you for taking the time to complete this form as it really helps to streamline our processes. The form is located on our website under Parent/Student Info as well as a big button on each school’s home page

Early Dismissals

Parents/guardians that will be picking up your student during the school day need to complete the Absence Reporting form (also found on the FHS website). After the form is completed, your child will receive an email. This email serves as their early dismissal pass. Students should show their email to their teacher in order to come down to the office at the appropriate time.
