The Warrior Way

Week of November November 30th

Our Centers!

"My center is assuring every student that they are unique and have a special place in this world. Everyone has been given their own special set of talents and when they discover it, they will shine!" -Dawn Neels

"Love is at my center. Love for my students, love for my co-workers, and love for my job gets me up and out the door every morning. Teaching is such a hard job, but I don't think I could do anything else. I also wouldn't want too. When I hear my students tell me they love coming to school, it only deepens my "center" or love for this job."- Jessica Bathe

My hope is that hearing the centers of other staff members helps to remind you of your center. You are all amazing educators. The Winfield community and specifically Winfield Intermediate is lucky to have each of you. Thank you.

Proud to be a Warrior,

Jeff

WOW staff!

Third Grade Team-Aldrich Thank you for always being flexible when we end up changing our plans at the last minute. We appreciate that you will do anything to help our third graders:)

Nancy Baker- Staff When visiting the classrooms students are engaged in the learning and can share the purpose with me in what they are doing. Terrific job Mrs. Eise's class reviewing Evaluate data.

Dahm-Emilie Molitor Thanks to Emilie for always being positive throughout all the craziness that happens. You always are willing to take the lead and go above and beyond for your team and your students. I know personally I wouldn't have survived up until now without you.

Eise- Coach Thank you for taking the time to do some enrichment activities with our students during SPARCL even though we didn't have it!

Mrs. Baker -Coach Thank you for always going with the flow and being able to help out whenever asked. I truly appreciate it and think it's great your ability to connect with the kids.

Mrs. Baker- Annette She is amazing for constantly being the rock of this school. She is able to ground everyone and know what's up. She helps us have the best information possible about what's going on. BEST. SECRETARY. EVER.
