IMPLEMENTATION:


  • Estates of Richardson is expected to close on February 11, 2016. Our implementation teams will be working to take all of the LeaseStar products live as soon as the OneSite account is activated. Please keep us posted on the progress of the OneSite account activation at this property. We are excited to work with another Management Support community!


LEASESTAR SYNDICATION:


  • Effective immediately, the new Syndication/Feed push times to ILSs will be 6am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm and 6pm (CST).

LeaseStar Channels Portfolio Lead Volume for Q4 2015

The below graph breaks down lead volume into two categories across the three LeaseStar Channels, Total Leads & Total Unique leads. The websites (Community + Mobile) accounted for over 5400 unique leads in Q4 2015.


Based on our call on 1/14 we'd like to combine SEO/SEM with one of our new, fully responsive website templates to help you further increase the performance of your property websites in 2016.
