Dear CAOC Students, Families, and Friends,
In compliance with Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s order to extend the state-wide school closure due to COVID-19, CAOC’s in-person Graduation ceremony, originally scheduled on May 2, is postponed.
We recognize the importance of commencement to our CAOC community; therefore, we will highlight our graduates’ accomplishments in our May edition Newsletter. Furthermore, we do plan to award graduation certificates to our graduates in the late summer on the kick-off picnic day, if the COVID-19 situation has been eased.
In the meantime, we are asking your child’s photos for our May edition Newsletter. Please email your photos to your teacher or to caoc.acadaffairs@gmail.com. On May 2, classroom teachers will arrange virtual activities instead of a graduation ceremony. Please contact your teacher for detail.
We miss seeing everyone’s smiling faces and our interactions, but your safety remains our top priority. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to make remote learning go as smoothly as possible. We are looking forward to resuming our routine activities in the coming future.
