Pre-K Weekly Update!
O.C. Taylor Elementary School week of November 18th-22nd
Notes!
Hello everyone! This week we will be focusing on the theme of "Thanksgiving." Also please don't forget our Thanksgiving Feast will be on November 21st from 10:30-11:30 in your child's classroom!
Please continue working with your child on their rote counting. Our goal is to count from 1-30 by the end of Pre-K. Make counting fun by counting on the go! Count in the car, count in the store, count people, places and things!
The O. C. Taylor Scholastic Book Fair is right around the corner! This is always a fun time for our students. If you would like to volunteer for this event please email the librarian at dawn.bonacci@gcisd.net We will need help setting up after school on December 5th and then throughout the week of December 9-13. Thank you for all you do to promote reading in your families.
Please remember to send your little one to school with a winter coat. We can not take them out to recess without their coats when it is cold. Thank you!
