CSHAC Meeting - November 17
Just a reminder that our next CSHAC (Campus School Health Advisory Council) meeting will be next Thursday, November 17th at 3:30 pm in the multipurpose room.
The Texas Education Code requires districts and schools to form a School Health Advisory Council. This council is made up of mostly parents of school children, who are not employed by the school district, as well as a variety of community members.
The purpose of a School Health Advisory Committee is to assist districts and schools in providing quality health instruction, a healthy school environment, quality physical education, school counseling, quality food service, staff wellness, and community/school programs to promote healthy habits.
