Job Description
- As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for defining and developing the Retail Brand Presentation seasonal strategy and direction.
- Working closely with production, sales, advertising, and research teams, brand managers ensure all messaging is correctly delivered for their products.
- You will be responsible for delivering an memorable retail experience across Nike stores, wholesale, and wholesale.com
- You'll manage and drive the development of the seasonal directives with external agencies in collaboration with Product Presentation, Retail Operations, Training & Education, and Brand Design.
- You will partner with our retail partners to share information and direction, capture feedback and insights and review and align future plans towards our overall vision.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
- Additional 2 years experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience (Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising) work experience in account marketing, retail space planning, and/or merchandising.
- Cross-functional integrated marketing experience, strong background in window and in-store marketing
- Strong brand awareness
- Strategic planning and business acumen
- Results-Driven, Proactive self-starter, organized and detailed focused.
- Excellent English communication skill, written and verbal
- Retail experience is highly preferred
- Creative agency experience a plus
Marketing Skills Required
- Communication- Educates everyone around them about the messages for each product that needs to be conveyed by leading through leadership.
- Analytical- “How does this affect our brand?” Always determining how the brand is being perceived by social media, ideas/products reputation, etc.
- Innovative- “What else can we be doing?” Continuously brainstorming how the brand could be improved and increase in success.
