Celebrate and Appreciate
Hope, Curiosity and Reflection. This week, I challenge you to celebrate and appreciate those three game-changers in education. As we approach the end of the 2019-2020 school year, we have an opportunity to move the needle in what we do, in what we are passionate about. So get out there! Make change! Find your hope, ignite your curiosity, and reflect on each experience! Share your results with others to keep us on our toes and be aware of all the good that is going on in our virtual classrooms! Aguilar encourages us to celebrate success and appreciate one another for being a team of educators doing really, really good things for kids even in really, really challenging times!
The common threads in Individual Growth Plan Reflections: We need each other. Our students and families need us and each other. We need to find a way to stay engaged and excited about teaching. We need to inspire curiosity in our lessons. We need to be the hope, the ray of light, for our students and families.
As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

From the Office
- We will be suing the PAES Distance Learning Progress Report, Spring 2020 linked below as our fourth quarter report card. Please make an editable copy of this report for each of your students. Discuss the contents during virtual individual student/parent/teacher conferences May 26-June 3. Submit copies of this and each student's Quarters 1-3 Report Card to the office with your check-out sheet June 3/4. Thank you!
- Information about materials pick up is forthcoming. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
- Graduation will be held as previously scheduled on May 31. Please don your caps and gowns and line the sidewalk in front of the High School (6 feet apart) to wave to our graduates. Due to construction, we ask that you park in the Shopko parking lot. Participation will equal four hours of time on June 4.
- Look for an email about assignment notices next week. These will need to be signed by June 3/4 at checkout; failure to do so by June 15 will be considered your resignation. (Ouch! We really would like to keep you, teammate!! Sign the form!!)Thank you! :)

CaSaMa BrIsSp Foundation Plant Event
A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to support the CaSaMa BrIsSp Foundation plant event this past weekend. It was very gratifying to experience the wonderful support by so many Paynesville staff! Everyone's generosity is amazing! The kids did very well and are in a good position to continue to pay it forward to those in need in the community. Thank you again!
