As a 70's baby...Mr. Rogers was my friend
Mr. Rogers taught me to be kind, humble, and see each and every day as a "beautiful blessing". What I loved and still love about Mr. Rogers was his genuine kindness for all human beings. His song, that I sing all the time, "It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, its a beautiful day to be a neighbor won't you be mine? please, won't you be my neighbor?". This song embodies kindness to all mankind. Wouldn't our world be better off with more kindness?? Let's teach and celebrate kindness this week and every day.
On Wednesday, November 13th let's celebrate WORLD KINDNESS DAY and embody the trait of Mr. Rogers.
I'm wearing my "red cardigan" are you???
