BROWNIES

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 1/2 cup all purpose flower
4 1/2 half teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup confectioners sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 35 degrees c. grease and flower an 8 inch square.
I n a large sauce pan melt 2 in a half cup butter.
Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat i 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flower, salt, and baking powder.
Spread butter into preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Do not overcook. To make frosting combine 3 tablespoons butter,3 tablespoon cocoa,1
tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon, vanilla, and 1 cup confectioners sugar, frost brownies while they are still warm.
