Lewis and Clark Find New Land

Last week Jefferson bought new land from France. This land is now being explored. The men are given a task of finding a water route to the pacific ocean. This water route will be used to trade. Lewis and Clark have had aid from a Native American named Sacagawea. She has been guiding them through the new land. It is expected to take the a 2 years to find this route. It is reported that they have a strong relationship with the Indians, which will help with us moving into their land. If they find a water route they will be able to trade with china and places out there. we will also be able to make money off the trade route.
