URGENT UPDATE: Tickets in Passport

We are aware that Passport/SBC is experiencing intermittent errors when trying to open up the ticket window. There is no ETA as to when this will be resolved.

What does this mean to me?

  • Workaround: If you receive an error when trying to open up the ticket selling window in Passport, please close the window and try again.
  • If you still receive an error message, please apologize for the inconvenience and ask them to call back later
