Fitness with Fisher!

Fitness with Fisher classes are back by popular demand!

When: Thursdays

Where: Amanda's TM Wellness Revolution studio

Time: 4:00-4:45pm

Details: FREE to all SE employees, no experience necessary, and supportive group atmosphere!

This class will run every Thursday for six weeks. See you there!

What about fascia!?

Ever wonder what fascia is? It’s connective tissue surrounding your muscles! As we age, our fascia can tighten up. A basic stretching fact: we lose 10% of our range of motion for every 10 years we age unless we take an active role in maintaining or improving our flexibility. Eileen Campbell, Registered Physical Therapist, will tell us more about fascia and share some exercises to help us maintain flexibility.
