Open Houses for Referendum Facility Projects
Chad Trowbridge, Executive Director of Business Services & Finance reported that open houses are being planned for community members to be able to see the finished referendum projects; dates are tentative due to the ongoing pandemic:
- Chi-Hi School, September 16, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- Stillson Elementary School, September 23, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
- CFMS, September 30, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Facilities Referendum Projects Update
Chad Trowbridge, Executive Director of Business Services & Finance, provided an update on the facility referendum projects.

Website and Live Streaming Update Report
Scott Marty, Director of Educational Technology, reported to the Board the work being done to update live streaming events and the redesign of the District website.
COVID Update
Superintendent Holmes reported that we currently in Level 2 status; however, local data and other information has led to consideration of moving to Level 3 before the September 1 start date for students; stay tuned for more information to be provided on Wednesday, August 25th.
