If you want a gentle way to learn more about yoga, this class is for you! In a safe and relaxing atmosphere, students will learn the benefits of yoga, incorporating basic yoga asana (postures), proper breathing, and relaxation techniques. This is an excellent introduction for new students and also great for the experienced student looking to fine tune his or her practice. Students need to bring their own mat.
