Principal's Message
Dear Estabrook Families,
One of the many benefits of teaching and learning on a school year calendar is the opportunity to celebrate two new years. This week we marked the start to the new calendar year, while midstream in our work at Estabrook School. Students across the building are restarting their years, thinking about how they can be the best students they can, either in the academic, personal or interpersonal realms. Our teachers are setting new goals or renewing their own goals for students, and for their own professional learning and growth.
I encourage you to think about what goals you set for your family at the start of the school year, be them around reading, rest or time together. Use the start of 2017 to check in on how your work toward these goals has gone, and where you hope to head.
Happy New Year!
Jeff LaBroad
