Vinyasa Yoga & Mat Pilates

East End Community Center starting January 10

All levels of experience welcome. Session or drop in option for new and returning students.

Vinyasa Flow @ 5:30-6:45 pm

Join us to relax and renew in this flowing practice. Vinyasa/flow yoga combines postures (asanas) through breath and movement for a balancing practice. Practice of yoga assists in strength, flexibility and promotes balance and relaxation.

Mat Pilates @ 7-8 pm

Join us for this wonderful class that focuses on core strength back health, spine mobility, overall flexibility and graceful movement patterns. This class blends essential and intermediate Pilates movements in a flowing and energizing workout while allowing for modifications and diversity. Pilates greatly complements yoga practice.

All classes held at East End Community Center.

My style of teaching is intuitive and playful and rooted in alignment. I encourage all students to tune in to their bodies on their journey. I welcome students of all levels to my classes. My intend is to offer space for students to breathe, self-inquire, connect to their bodies and mind and take time to relax.
