Covid-19 & Delta Variant Update
From Namasté Center For Healing
We are being cautious this Fall season to ensure client and staff safety....
Hello!
Fall is here and the cold and flu season is among us. Sadly, this includes the recent surge of COVID-19 and now, Delta Variant cases. We have been watching the updates and are reminded of the importance of keeping our center safe place for everyone who enters.
While our office remains open for clients to come in for therapy or other holistic services, we want to offer some friendly reminders....
If you prefer, telehealth is always an option : We have offered telehealth as an option for close to 4 years now and are so thankful that this has been an option for our clients and clinicians during this pandemic. You can always choose to do telehealth for any reason; just notify us first thing the morning of your appointment vie email: office@namasteadvice.com or call our office (leave a message if necessary)-801-272-3500. Please note: For your confidentiality, during telehealth calls, you will need to be in a place where you are alone.
Sanitary stations: We will have sanitizer upon arrival on the console table. We ask that all clients use the sanitizer or wash your hands before going with your clinician. We have sanitizer stations located throughout our building and will have sanitizer in our clinicians offices, couples room, the coffee bar.
Masks: We encourage those who have not been vaccinated to be extra mindful of social distancing in our building. We have masks available upon request for you if you would like to wear one during your time with us. Let's stay safe to stay open together.
DO NOT COME TO OUR BUILDING IF YOU ARE SICK: This applies to our staff and our clients. You can do telehealth if you are not feeling well but there is no need to physically show up if you feel yucky. If you have COVID-19 or the Delta Variant or have been confirmed as exposed to it by someone, notify us immediately and DO NOT come to our building.
Note: we have a 48 hour cancellation policy so if you start to feel run down, please give us a heads up 2 days before so we can either schedule telehealth for you or cancel your appointment. Our clinicians are especially full these days with both cancellation and wait lists so the sooner we get a cancellation the easier it is to fill their spot with those waiting to be seen.
Whether we see you in-office or via telehealth, we are here for you!
Namasté,
Candice, Chris and our NCH family
