Mix It Up Day
This year Mix it Up at Lunch will be on Wednesday, November 15 for all 1st-5th graders!!
For anyone new to PRE, this is a day we stand up to social bullying by having students sit with someone they do not know and have a "get to know you" conversation. Miss. Sarah, the school counselor, will be there for all lunch periods.
All students (K-5) and Staff should wear BLUE on this day, as a show of solidarity towards standing up to bullying and being a kind person.

WCPSS Announcements!
We wanted to take a moment to remind you of some slight calendar changes for the current school year that the WCPSS Board of Education made last spring. These changes were announced and the calendars were amended at the time, but we wanted to take this opportunity to remind you of the following:
- Tuesday, November 21, is now an early-release day. This allows professional development time for our teachers. Students will be released 2.5 hours early on that day.
- Friday, May 25, 2018 – previously an early-release day – will now be a full day of school.
Please make a note of these changes on your calendar.
