Germany
A Capitalistic Economy
Restrictions and Regulations
The economy of Germany practices free enterprise. Germany is a free country and has no regulations or restrictions for private businesses. Germany's economy is set up almost identical to the US and has the same rules and regulations.
Society / What People Buy
People in Germany spend money on relatively the same things people in America do. They buy books, the latest phones, popular clothes and shoes, and prestigious cars. However, people in Germany still use CD's and travel by taxis or trains much more than we do in the United States. Mostly everything in Germany has the same availability as it does in the US.
Economic Problems
Currently, Germany is having a huge problem with industrial production. This is because they are outsourcing all of their manufacturing, very similar to the US. Countries like China were manufacturing products from Germany, but however, the demand for these goods has gone down. Thus leaving holes in their economy.
