Wolfsville Elementary News
November 2019
Principal's Message
As we begin the month of November and reflection for the Thanksgiving holiday, I am most thankful to serve such a supportive and collaborative school community. Together we have already celebrated many accomplishments for our students and community members in the first few months of the school year. It is our collective efforts providing our students the tools and experiences they need to be happy, safe and productive learners that supports growth each and EVERY day!
This holiday season please accept my sincere gratitude to our families, community groups and everyone who supports the Wolfsville mission of empowering students to ‘experience the pride of achievement through the power of learning’.
Yours in Education,
Megan Stein, Principal

Holiday Assistance

Bus Delay Information
FCPS Transportation Department provides a bus delay board. This is a way to communicate with the public and schools when a bus is running 10 minutes or more late. The information may be accessed on the FCPS website at this link: https://apps.fcps.org/transdelay/. Wolfsville will also typically send out a FOF to the community if your child's bus is running more than 10 minutes behind schedule.

PTA Student Directory
The PTA student directory went home in Thursday folders in October. If you should have any questions about this item please contact Aimee Summers directly at ajrobert@comcast.net.
Winter Weather Clothing
Cooler temperatures are finally upon us! Please make sure your child dresses appropriately for the fluctuating temperatures. Unless there is inclement weather, students go outside for a 20 minute recess each day. They often need extra coats or layers for this time! We encourage you to write your child's name on the inside tag of their coats or sweatshirts.
